개인정보처리방침
투민컴퍼니(이하 "회사")는 비움(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 무엇을 다루고 무엇을 다루지 않는지 알려드립니다.

1. 한 줄 요약
앱은 사진을 기기 밖으로 내보내지 않습니다. 사진을 보고, 옮기고, 지우는 일은 모두 이 기기 안에서 일어납니다. 회사는 사진을 서버에 올리거나 보관하지 않으며, 볼 수도 없습니다.
2. 앱이 다루는 정보
가. 사진과 동영상 - 이용 목적: 앨범 목록을 보여주고, 고른 사진을 폴더로 옮기거나 휴지통으로 보내기 위해서입니다. 공간 비우기에서는 용량 큰 동영상과 스크린샷을 찾고, 사진이 흐리거나 어두운지 기기 안에서 계산합니다. - 처리 위치: 기기 안에서만 처리합니다. 전송하지 않습니다. - 보관: 회사는 사진을 보관하지 않습니다. 사진은 원래 있던 기기의 저장소에 그대로 있습니다.
나. 앱이 기기에 저장하는 기록 - 만든 폴더의 이름과 그림표 - 정리 기록(언제, 어느 앨범에서, 몇 장을, 어디로 보냈는지) - 사진을 구분하기 위한 사진 지문값과 미디어 식별자 - 흐린 사진과 어두운 사진을 고르기 위한 선명도·밝기 점수(숫자만 저장) - 지금까지 비운 용량과 하루 사용량 - 글자로 사진 찾기를 쓴 경우, 스크린샷과 받은 사진에서 읽어 둔 글자(찾기용) - 앱 설정(하루에 볼 장 수, 소리 켜짐 여부, 언어, 이용권 상태, 비움이 꾸미기) 이 기록은 기기 안의 앱 저장소에만 있습니다. 앱을 지우면 함께 사라집니다. 사진 자체는 저장하지 않습니다. 사진 속 글자는 글자로 사진 찾기를 쓴 경우에만 찾기용으로 저장합니다.
다. 사진 속 글자 읽기 - 사진을 길게 눌러 글자를 복사할 때, 그리고 글자로 사진 찾기를 열었을 때 동작합니다. - 글자로 사진 찾기를 한 번 열면 스크린샷과 메신저나 인터넷에서 받은 사진의 글자를 미리 읽어 두고, 그 뒤로는 앱을 열 때 새로 생긴 사진만 이어서 읽습니다. - 구글 ML Kit의 기기 내 인식 기능을 사용합니다. 사진이나 인식한 글자는 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. - 찾기용으로 읽어 둔 글자는 기기 안의 앱 저장소에만 둡니다. 사진이 지워지면 그 사진의 글자도 지우고, 앱을 지우면 모두 사라집니다. 글자를 복사할 때 읽은 글자는 저장하지 않습니다.
라. 광고 식별자 - 무료로 이용하는 경우 광고가 표시됩니다. - 구글 애드몹이 광고를 제공하며, 이 과정에서 광고 ID와 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치(IP 기준), 광고와의 상호작용 정보가 구글에 전달될 수 있습니다. - 설정 앱에서 광고 ID를 초기화하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. - 유럽경제지역, 영국, 스위스 이용자에게는 구글의 동의 창으로 먼저 동의를 받으며, 앱의 관리하기 화면에서 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. - 프리미엄을 이용하면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
마. 결제 - 구독과 평생 이용권 결제는 구글 플레이에서 이루어집니다. - 회사는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않으며 저장하지도 않습니다. - 앱은 구매가 유효한지 여부만 확인합니다.
3. 권한을 요청하는 이유
- 사진 및 동영상(READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): 앨범을 읽고, 사진을 폴더로 옮기고, 휴지통으로 보내기 위해 필요합니다. 일부만 허용하면 앨범 목록과 이동 기능이 동작하지 않습니다. - 동영상(READ_MEDIA_VIDEO): 공간 비우기에서 용량 큰 동영상을 찾아 보여주고 휴지통으로 보내기 위해 필요합니다. 허용하지 않아도 나머지 기능은 쓸 수 있습니다. - 인터넷, 네트워크 상태: 광고를 받아오고 구독 상태를 확인하기 위해 필요합니다. - 광고 ID(AD_ID): 광고를 표시하기 위해 필요합니다.
권한은 언제든 안드로이드 설정에서 다시 거둘 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 팔거나 넘기지 않습니다. 다만 아래 서비스가 앱 안에서 동작하며, 각 서비스의 방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

5. 보관 기간
기기에 저장되는 기록은 이용자가 앱을 지울 때까지 보관됩니다. 앱을 지우면 폴더 목록, 정리 기록, 설정이 모두 함께 지워집니다. 회사 서버에 보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
- 앱 안에서 폴더와 정리 기록을 직접 지울 수 있습니다. - 안드로이드 설정에서 앱의 저장 공간을 지우면 모든 기록이 사라집니다. - 사진 권한을 거두면 앱은 더 이상 사진에 접근하지 않습니다. - 그 밖의 문의는 아래 연락처로 보내주시면 처리해 드립니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알고서 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 방침의 변경
방침이 바뀌면 앱 안의 이 화면과 스토어 등록정보를 통해 알려드립니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 알립니다.

Privacy Policy
Toomin Company ("we") builds Bium ("the app"). This policy explains what the app handles and what it does not.
Effective: 24 September 2026
1. In one line
The app never sends your photos off your device. Viewing, moving and deleting photos all happen on the phone itself. We do not upload, store or see your photos.
2. What the app handles
a. Photos and videos - Why: to list your albums and to move or trash the photos you choose. Free up space finds big videos and screenshots, and works out on the device whether a photo looks blurry or dark. - Where: on your device only. Nothing is transmitted. - Storage: we do not store your photos. They stay in your device's own storage.
b. What the app saves on your device - Names and picture marks of the folders you create - A sorting log (when, from which album, how many photos, and where they went) - Photo fingerprints and media identifiers used to spot look-alikes - Sharpness and brightness scores used to find blurry or dark photos (numbers only) - How much space you have freed and daily usage counts - If you use Find photos by text, the text read from screenshots and saved photos (for searching) - App settings (photos per run, sound on or off, language, entitlement state, Bium's dress-up) This data lives only in the app's storage on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. Photos themselves are never saved. Text in photos is saved for searching only if you use Find photos by text.
c. Reading text in a photo - Runs when you press and hold a photo to copy its text, and when you open Find photos by text. - Once you open Find photos by text, the app reads the text in screenshots and in photos saved from messengers or the web, then only reads new photos when you open the app again. - Uses Google ML Kit on-device recognition. Neither the photo nor the recognised text leaves the device. - Text read for searching stays only in the app's storage on your device. It is removed when the photo is deleted, and everything is removed when you uninstall the app. Text read for copying is not stored.
d. Advertising identifier - Ads are shown to people using the free tier. - Google AdMob serves them. In doing so your advertising ID, device information, approximate location (from IP) and ad interactions may be sent to Google. - You can reset the advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in Android settings. - People in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first through Google's consent form, and can change their choice any time under Manage in the app. - Premium removes ads entirely.
e. Payments - Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Google Play. - We never receive or store card numbers or other payment details. - The app only checks whether a purchase is valid.
3. Why we ask for permissions
- Photos and videos (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): to read albums, move photos into folders and send them to the trash. With limited access, album listing and moving do not work. - Videos (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO): to find big videos in Free up space and move the ones you pick to the trash. Everything else works without it. - Internet and network state: to fetch ads and verify subscription status. - Advertising ID (AD_ID): to show ads.
You can withdraw any permission at any time in Android settings.
4. Third parties
We do not sell or hand over your personal data. The following services run inside the app and handle data under their own policies.

5. Retention
Data stored on your device is kept until you uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes your folders, sorting log and settings. We keep no personal data on our servers.
6. Your choices
- You can delete folders and sorting records inside the app. - Clearing the app's storage in Android settings removes everything it saved. - Withdrawing the photo permission stops the app from accessing photos. - For anything else, write to the address below and we will take care of it.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version on this screen and in the store listing. Significant changes are announced 7 days in advance.
