이용약관

제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 투민컴퍼니(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 비움(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리와 의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
앱은 이용자가 자신의 기기에 있는 사진을 한 장씩 확인하며 정리하도록 돕습니다. 정리 결과에 따라 사진은 이용자가 만든 폴더로 옮겨지거나, 기기의 휴지통으로 이동합니다. 모든 처리는 이용자의 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.
제3조 (사진에 대한 책임)
1. 앱은 이용자가 고른 대로 사진을 옮기거나 삭제합니다. 2. 삭제한 사진은 곧바로 사라지지 않고 안드로이드 휴지통으로 이동하며, 기기 설정에 따라 일정 기간(일반적으로 30일) 뒤 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 그 전에는 되살릴 수 있습니다. 3. 이용자는 중요한 사진을 정리하기 전에 스스로 백업할 책임이 있습니다. 4. 회사는 이용자의 선택에 따라 삭제된 사진을 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
제4조 (무료 이용과 유료 이용)
1. 앱은 기본적으로 무료이며, 사진을 넘겨 정리하는 기능과 공간 비우기에는 수량 제한이 없습니다. 무료로 만들 수 있는 폴더 수에는 제한이 있으며, 구체적인 수치는 앱 안에 표시됩니다. 2. 프리미엄은 월간·연간 구독 또는 한 번 결제하는 평생 이용권으로 구매할 수 있으며, 구매하면 광고가 표시되지 않고 글자로 사진 찾기, 비움이 꾸미기 같은 프리미엄 기능을 쓸 수 있으며 폴더 수 제한이 사라집니다. 3. 평생 이용권은 구매한 구글 계정에서 앱을 제공하는 동안 계속 이용할 수 있으며 갱신되지 않습니다. 4. 흐린 사진과 어두운 사진 고르기는 기기 안의 계산으로 추정한 결과이므로 틀릴 수 있습니다. 지우기 전에 이용자가 직접 확인해야 합니다. 5. 구매와 결제는 구글 플레이를 통해 이루어지며, 결제 수단 정보는 회사가 보관하지 않습니다.
제5조 (구독의 갱신과 해지)
1. 구독은 기간이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 2. 해지는 구글 플레이 스토어의 구독 관리 화면에서 언제든 할 수 있습니다. 3. 해지하더라도 이미 결제된 기간이 끝날 때까지는 프리미엄을 이용할 수 있습니다. 4. 구독에 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우 구글 계정마다 한 번만 받을 수 있습니다. 체험 기간이 끝나면 고른 요금제로 자동 결제되며, 체험 기간 중에 해지하면 요금이 청구되지 않습니다. 5. 환불은 구글 플레이의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 관련 문의는 구글 플레이 고객센터 또는 제9조의 연락처로 보내주시면 안내해 드립니다.
제6조 (광고)
1. 무료로 이용하는 경우 앱 안에 광고가 표시됩니다. 2. 사진을 넘기는 화면에서는 화면 맨 아래의 작은 배너 광고만 표시되며, 전면 광고는 정리를 마친 뒤에만 하루 일정 횟수까지 표시됩니다. 3. 이용자는 광고 한 편을 끝까지 보고 24시간 동안 프리미엄 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 기간에도 광고는 계속 표시됩니다. 기간이 끝나면 홈 화면의 꾸민 모습은 기본 모습으로 돌아가지만 이용자가 고른 설정은 기기에 남으며, 기간 중에 만든 폴더는 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
제7조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 1. 앱을 역분석하거나 변조하는 행위 2. 정상적인 결제 절차를 우회하여 유료 기능을 이용하는 행위 3. 자동화된 수단으로 앱에 과도한 부하를 주는 행위 4. 관련 법령을 위반하는 목적으로 앱을 이용하는 행위
제8조 (책임의 한계)
1. 회사는 천재지변, 기기 고장, 운영체제의 변경 등 회사의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 2. 회사는 이용자가 앱을 통해 스스로 선택하여 삭제하거나 이동한 사진에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 3. 이 약관에서 정하지 않은 사항은 관련 법령과 상관례에 따릅니다.
제9조 (문의와 분쟁)
앱 이용과 관련한 문의는 아래 연락처로 보내주시기 바랍니다. 회사와 이용자 사이에 분쟁이 생긴 경우 서로 협의하여 해결하며, 협의가 어려운 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 따릅니다.

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Bium ("the app"), a mobile application provided by Toomin Company ("we"), and set out the rights and duties of both sides.
2. What the app does
The app helps you go through the photos on your device one at a time. Based on your choices, photos move into folders you create or into your device's trash. All processing happens on your device.
3. Your photos
1. The app moves or deletes photos exactly as you choose. 2. Deleted photos are not erased at once. They go to the Android trash and are removed automatically after a period set by your device, usually 30 days. Until then you can restore them. 3. You are responsible for backing up photos that matter to you before sorting. 4. We cannot recover photos you chose to delete.
4. Free and paid use
1. The app is free to use. Sorting photos and Free up space have no limits. The free tier has a limit on folders, and the exact figure is shown inside the app. 2. Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. It removes ads, unlocks Premium features such as finding photos by text and dressing up Bium, and removes the folder limit. 3. The lifetime purchase does not renew and stays active on the Google account that bought it for as long as the app is offered. 4. Picking blurry or dark photos is an on-device estimate and can be wrong. Check the photos yourself before deleting them. 5. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never store your payment details.
5. Renewal and cancellation
1. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the period ends. 2. You can cancel at any time from the subscriptions screen in Google Play. 3. After cancelling you keep Premium until the paid period ends. 4. When a subscription comes with a free trial, each Google account can use it once. When the trial ends the plan you chose is charged automatically. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged. 5. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. For help, contact Google Play support or write to us at the address in section 9.
6. Ads
1. Ads are shown to people using the free tier. 2. While you swipe through photos only a small banner is shown at the very bottom of the screen. Full-screen ads appear only after a run is finished, up to a limited number of times per day. 3. You may watch one ad to the end to use Premium features for 24 hours. Ads keep showing during that time. When it ends the dressed-up look on the home screen goes back to normal but your choices stay on the device, and folders you made during that time stay usable.
7. What you agree not to do
1. Reverse engineer or tamper with the app 2. Bypass the normal purchase flow to unlock paid features 3. Place an unreasonable load on the app by automated means 4. Use the app for any unlawful purpose
8. Limits of liability
1. We are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, device failure or changes to the operating system. 2. We are not liable for photos you yourself chose to delete or move through the app. 3. Matters not covered here follow applicable law and common practice.
9. Contact and disputes
For questions about the app, write to the address below. If a dispute arises we will try to settle it together. If that is not possible, the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea shall apply.
